Mid-term Plan Material

• New Mid-term Plan “Aozora 2027” (announced in May 2025)

• The planned CET1 ratio for FY2027 and the target CET1 ratio for FY2029 presented in the material have been updated to “10–11%” to reflect our transition to FIRB.
