Collaboration and Alliance Policies for EPAs

The Bank's policies for collaboration and alliances with Electronic Payment Agencies (*1) are summarized below. In the event that these policies are subsequently updated, we will disclose any changes on the Aozora website.

I. Basic Policy

Aozora has developed its basic policies for collaboration and alliances with various Electronic Payment Agencies from the perspective of enabling open innovation while maintaining careful control and user protections.

II. Open API Policy

Aozora has released an API to facilitate collaboration with Electronic Payment Agencies authorized by customers to retrieve their account information for retail and corporate customers (*2)(*3) as well as an API to direct exchange transactions for fund transfers (*4) for retail customers. The functions provided by these APIs are as follows:

The Bank will review the release of APIs to Electronic Payment Agencies authorized by corporate customers to direct exchange transactions for fund transfers upon assessing the needs of our corporate customers and Electronic Payment Agencies.

III. Open API System Information

Aozora will employ the services of NTT DATA Corporation for the design, operation, and maintenance of the Open API system. (retail customers: AnserParaSOL, corporate customers: AnserBizSOL)
