In addition to traditional corporate bonds, our range of financial products based on market intelligence allows us to provide for the complex needs of our clients.

The Bank is arranging an increasing number of syndicated loans for corporate clients of all sizes, from large corporations to small and medium-sized corporations. We are strengthening our approach in the area of non-recourse finance, and other types of syndication with diverse applications. For our financial institution clients, we not only provide opportunities to participate in synidicated loans deals, but also jointly arrange syndicated loans for their own corporate customers on a national scale, and have capabilities as an agent.

In the field of asset securitization, the Bank provides a wide variety of investment products by securitizing monetary claims such as accounts receivable, asset-backed loans (ABL), and structured loans. Together with the development of new schemes using advanced structuring methods, we are promoting our securitization arranger business for both the customers of financial institutions as well as their corporate customers.

In August 2006, we opened a securities brokerage company, Aozora Securities, Ltd., which provides a range of structured bond proposals aimed at corporate customers.

We prepare a diverse range of investment funds, including overseas fund of funds, in order to meet the diverse investment needs of our customers. Our well-established support framework, including the provision of a variety of investment reports, assists customers in getting the most from their investments.

In order to meet the increasingly sophisticated and diverse asset management needs of our clients, we provide an impressive line up of products through our product development, market making, and sales framework. In particular, we are strengthening our support service with unique products such as derivatives-backed swaps and options, in addition to assisting our clients in the design of derivatives time deposits for their customers.

We offer an array of products, including bank debentures, large-lot time deposits and certificates of deposits (CDs).
